Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities  

Draft landscape plans by computer and build three dimensional landscape models in Sketch-Up and render photos in Lumion.

Cost estimating for all landscape projects & write-up of detailed proposals.

Set up meetings with clients to review new and current projects.

Present plan, model, renderings & cost proposal to clients.

Project management & site visits to layout projects with foreman and crews.

 

Qualifications

Bachelors in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design (preferred)

Knowledge of computer CAD software

Sketch-up modeling & lumion rendering software

Great communication skills

Site & project layout

Comprehensive plant & landscape construction knowledge

Estimation of landscape projects

Full-time & Part-time

We are seeking energetic team members for our busy garden center. We are in need of experienced, plant knowledgeable, individuals with great retail sales skills. We are offering full time and part time positions.

Positions Offered:

• Nursery Operations 
• Plant Salespersons
• Yard Laborers
• Cashiers

The ideal candidates will have some or all of these traits:

• General Plant Knowledge and Industry Experience
• Great Organizational Skills & Creative Concepts
• Experience in Nursery Sales / Strong Sales Tactics
• Cash register/POS experience
• Clean driving record/current drivers license
• Physically able to handle lifting and loading of heavy objects on a regular basis
• Presentable and well groomed for a retail setting
• Experience Operating a Skid Steer, Front End Loader & Forklift
• Hydraulics License (can be obtained after being hired)
